Session 1 : What have we learnt in 2020 about adaptive leadership? 26 January

Panelists Kieran Murphy, Leadership Development Coach & Dara Connolly, CEO of Common Purpose will discuss adaptive leadership.

Co-hosted by Siobhan McGee, CEO of ActionAid Ireland & Suzanne Keatinge, CEO of Dóchas.

Bios:

Kieran Murphy is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator and Leadership Coach, with a background as a senior organisational leader. His particular area of focus is creating spaces and processes for leaders, teams and organisations to reflect, reenergise and refocus. In 2014 Kieran set up his own company, Wholestory, having spent the previous 20 years working at senior management and board levels, in both Ireland and the UK. Throughout December, Kieran is hosting a series of leadership conversations with the CEOs of not-for-profit organisations hearing about their lived experience of being a leader during the Covid 19 pandemic. Dara Connolly is CEO of Common Purpose Ireland, a global social enterprise, operating across 100 cities around the world with over 80,000 alumni. Its object is to provide inspiring and challenging programmes for leaders from diverse backgrounds and sectors, allowing them to connect with each other, expand their perspectives and create real change in their organisations, societies and as individuals.

 

Session 2: Resilience, performance and measuring success - 9 February

Cath Bishop, ex-Olympic rower and author of bestseller: 'The Long Win' will have a conversation with Suzanne Keatinge, CEO of Dóchas about her book and what sport has taught her about resilience, performance, organisational culture (competitive or collaborative), and measuring success.
